All course registrants will receive payment confirmation within 1-2 weeks after payment is received. If you do not receive a payment confirmation, please call us at (800) 809-1290 or (706) 219-1319 to verify your course enrollment. In addition, each attendee will receive supplemental information concerning arrival/departure and attendance requirements with their payment confirmation.
Cancellations received no later than 14 days prior to the beginning date of any course are subject to a $150.00 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling fewer than 14 days in advance, and up to 48 hours prior to the event are subject to a $250.00 administrative fee. Individuals who fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours are responsible for the entire fee. Substitute registrants must be reported to the Institute prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation by the Institute due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds to registrants will be limited to their full registration fee.
