How Heart & Soul Healing Differs from other
Heart & Soul Healing helps detect and define patterns our subconscious mind or Higher Self gives energy to, without our conscious awareness.
Our subconscious mind knows all about us including everything that has happened to us. Our subconscious knows and keeps track of every aspect, space, and place we have ever existed on since we originally came from our Creator.
Heart & Soul Healing accesses our place of knowing in three primary ways: Visually, by what is seen, auditorily, by what is heard, or kinesthetically, by what is felt.
Our individual place of knowing is easy to access by reporting the very first thing which comes into our mind. When asked certain questions, our very first thought, sensing or knowing is information from our Higher Self. This information is usually very softly or quietly perceived.
The second wave of information (what we hear, see, feel or sense) is usually our ego or conscious mind intervening.
Our ego, whose main job is to insure we survive, usually comes through very loud and clear and may attempt to override our subconscious mind.
Sometimes the first thing that comes into our minds does not make sense, or seems strange or weird. One reason information accessed this way might not make sense to us immediately is because our conscious mind begins to judge incoming information. Any judgment we make about incoming information is based on our conscious perception and collection of everything that happened to us from the time we were born.
Our intuitive part, or Higher Self, does not judge. It simply contains all information about us. Once we access our Higher Self, allowing us to know we can find our answers within ourselves, we then have a true and direct connection we can trust and use.
