A Winter Solstice Reflection

Last year, we scheduled a worldwide entity release for Winter Solstice December 22, 2015. There were three separate releasing and clearings on that day: 10:00 am, 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm (Eastern Time).

As the day approached, the enormity of the release got even bigger - as we were working to clear and release all entities, dark forces, fragments of souls lost in other times, pieces of spirits stuck in past collective consciousness, ghosts, phantoms, poltergeists and all other types of hurtful or negative emotions and energies.

For nearly 30 years, we have worked with all types of energy including confused, disincarnate pieces of souls-spirits that were lost in war, sickness, hunger, disease, disasters, sudden death, drugs, alcohol, and a million other types of traumatic life conditions.

In Heart & Soul Healing, we have developed a unique, self-releasing and self-sustaining pyramid that transforms every type of negative energy, returning everything to its' original creative clear-light form. Before the Solstice release date, thousands of these pyramids were placed around the world to assist in the Solstice Release.

The main challenge in working on a global release is that so many people hold on to their past. The energy was old and hard, and it did not want to let go. We had to remain very focused in handling our normal lives and taking care of ourselves by not giving away too much energy to others.

Requests from all over the world were pouring in, not giving us much opportunity to focus on one 'picture' before an even bigger 'picture' occurred. Every day we received emails, each one asking for more than the last one. On December 21, a close friend wrote and requested us to heal the soul of Greece. Any idea how old that energy is? Thousands of years of painful history; similar to every other country in the world.

That same day, about 5:00 pm, Ken looked out the living room windows to the upper deck of our home. We have a large crystal cluster on a stand (from our trip to the Arkansas crystal mines). In front of the cluster lay a male cardinal bird, one of the oldest birds living here with us for about 9 or 10 years. His body was puffed out from taking his last breath. 6 to 8 of his cardinal family members were hopping on the deck around him.

We have often said that change can only occur as a result of chaos. Death can also give us warning to pay attention. Every day we each make the same request: "I want my spiritual life to manifest into my physical reality". In this way our human self can recognize our spiritual connections and realize the 'bigger picture'. The dead male cardinal bird was a sign to pay attention, as great change could occur. Ken took the bird and buried it out back. Immediately he felt a pain in his right side.

The evening of December 21/22, Ken could not sleep. It hurt for him to roll over in bed. He got up and sat with the pain until about 7:00 am when Nancy insisted on heading to the emergency room. Our rural community has only an emergency clinic. The doctor said it was appendicitis and we needed to get to the hospital in Gainesville, a 40 minute trip South. Riding down in the car at 10:00 am - we worked on the first release.

Arriving at the hospital emergency room, a CT scan was ordered. Apparently, older people don't often get appendicitis, so tests were needed to rule out any other obstruction. The 3:00 pm release occurred in the individual stall of the emergency room. Tests revealed an appendix that needed to come out, so Ken was prepared for surgery. The surgeon had great experience, as he said he had been performing 6-8 appendectomies every week; so we knew he was the best. Nancy put a pyramid around the operating room and focused on bringing clear light for the highest outcome available.

Once the surgery was completed, Ken went to recovery. The surgeon spoke with Nancy and said 'the appendix was nearly dead and ready to burst. It also had a small hole, so Ken would be on IV antibiotics for 48 hours to avoid any sepsis infection, and would go home on more antibiotics for 10 days." Ken was then taken to his own room. At 10:00 pm, we completed the last of the energy releases.

Had the male cardinal not appeared to warn us of potential chaos (death), we might not have been so quick to head to the emergency room. A wait of even a few hours could have had a dangerous outcome for Ken.

Ken: "I had to go into the unconscious state to release the lost souls that had died. I am very glad Nancy was focused and aware, as I had to use her as my reference point for a place and time to return."

Finally, Ken was released from the hospital room on Christmas Eve. We came home to a fireplace, Christmas tree and a lovely quiet Christmas day together. We still feel so very blessed to be aware that our willingness to remain available in service to Spirit brings us countless rewards.

The more we work with ourselves in releasing the past, the lighter our vibration will become and the easier it is for us to believe that freedom from our past is possible. By having compassion for all creation - Oneness - a new space can be created to release the old energy and emotions of the past from the Collective Consciousness.

Work with these three clearing techniques. The more you work with these techniques, the more you will believe that you can be free and maintain a lighter vibration.
