Your words, testimonials and gratitude for what Heart & Soul Healing as meant to you, done for you, and how we have helped you were wonderful. To say 'thank you', we would like to give something back to you.
The Holidays are coming. In years past, we've heard different stories of sadness, depression, guilt, issues of power and control, fear and stress that create overwhelming feelings. This often leads to giving away our power to someone or something that can save us. Relationships, family, cultures, religions - do we ever truly understand why we react in ways that keep us from finding peace within? With understanding, we can begin to take back our power.
If you need help, if you are feeling ovewrwhelmed by the emotions of your own life, the first thing we would suggest is that you STOP giving away your power by asking others what they think, LOOK for your own answers and LISTEN with discernment to your own Higher or Creative Self.
